What this site collects about you, why, and what happens to it.
This site is run by Dennis Martin Clothiers, a business of Dennis Martin, Inc., 82 Plantation Pointe Road, Fairhope, AL 36532. Anything on this page you want to ask about goes to dennis@dennismartininc.com, and Dennis answers it himself.
What is collected, and when.
When you book a consultation
Your name, your email address, anything else the scheduler asks for and the time you choose. The scheduler on the Book page is HubSpot Meetings, and your booking is kept in HubSpot, the tool Dennis keeps his customer list in, which also sends you its confirmation. Dennis uses them to hold the call and to follow up afterwards, and for nothing else. Writing to dennis@dennismartininc.com has your details removed from HubSpot altogether.
When you keep in touch
Your email address, so Dennis can write when new cloth or new pieces arrive. It is kept in HubSpot, the tool Dennis keeps his customer list in, and nowhere else. He sends those notes himself, every one of them carries a link to stop them, and writing to dennis@dennismartininc.com has your address removed from HubSpot altogether.
When you visit
Google Analytics records which pages are read, for how long and roughly where from. The Meta pixel records that a visit happened, so that a man who has looked at the site can be shown it again in his feed. Neither is given your name.
Cookies.
The analytics and advertising tools above set cookies in your browser. Your browser can block them or clear them, and the site reads the same without them. Nothing on this site needs a cookie to work.
The scheduler on the Book page is HubSpot's own page, shown inside this one, and HubSpot may set its own cookies while you use it. Its privacy policy, at legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy, covers them.
Who else sees it.
Nobody, beyond the tools named above and the manufacturing partner who needs your measurements to make the garment. Your measurements and your Fit Profile are not sold, shared or used for anything but making your clothes. [Dennis to confirm what the manufacturing partner and TrueToForm receive and keep.]
Your choices.
Write to dennis@dennismartininc.com to see what Dennis holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. He replies himself.
